Celeste currently ships only in Canada. You may experience longer delivery times and higher shipping costs when shipping to remote areas with additional duties + taxes if applicable. We are working on bringing Celeste across the globe.
If your order is being shipped to an incorrect address, please inform us on info@celestebeauty.com as soon as possible. Orders typically get processed within 10 minutes of placement; therefore, we are unable to edit or cancel them by that time. However, Celeste staff is available for all these requests Monday – Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM EST.
For a damaged item’s claim, you will be asked to send images of the damaged item(s). Please reach out to info@celestebeauty.com
Yes! Very normal actually. Due to the natural ingredients of our products, it’s likely to happen based on climatic conditions and temperature.
Our packaging is made of polypropylene/HDPE (High-density polyethylene) which creates no harmful emissions during its production or during its use by the consumer. We are always researching for more sustainable + biodegradable materials.
Due to the nature of our products & botanics, we do not accept returns. However, we offer replacements or store credit should the product arrive damaged. If in doubt, get in touch to info@celestebeauty.com.

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, and other credit cards or debit cards via our secure site. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks, money orders or COD.
You can view order status via the tracking number associated with your order, which will be updated as soon as you are charged for your shipment and again once your order ships.
Our products are at very affordable prices and are manufactured in small lots so unfortunately, we do not have a surplus of product to give away for free. However, we may have promotional discounts at certain occasions, for which keep checking our website for latest updates.
